One of the aggravated robbery charges had a three-year firearm specification.
On Nov. 19, he was sentenced to 10 to 13.5 years.
One count of aggravated robbery, two counts of felonious assault, two counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle and a receiving stolen property charge were dismissed.
On April 2, a man in the Belmont area was shot when he opened the front door of his home to investigate a noise outside, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
After he shut the door, the suspects ran away.
A Cousin Vinny’s Pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint in the same area that night. The driver’s cell phone, vehicle and a pizza were stolen during the incident.

Police determined that the phone was inside a house on Emmons Street on April 3. The suspect tried to escape through a back door, but was stopped and arrested, according to the prosecutor’s office.
The stolen phone and multiple guns were found inside the home.
