Deputies are investigating a shooting at a Harrison Twp. bar early this morning.

Deputies from the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office were notified of shots fired at The Palms Lounge, but they did not find anything and security at the club advised they did not see anything, according to a release.

The shooting victim showed up at Good Samaritan Hospital just before 1 a.m. and said he was shot outside The Palms Lounge on Old Barn Road.

The victim was transported from Good Samaritan by CareFlight ground crews to Miami Valley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to the release.

Anyone inside was asked to leave and deputies closed the establishment for the night.

Deputies responded to the bar last year after a 34-year-old man was shot.
