Deputies investigating hit-and-run crash after woman found injured in Harrison Twp. road

Montgomery County sheriff’s deputies are investigating a hit-and-run crash late Sunday that injured a 57-year-old woman.

Deputies were dispatched to the intersection of North Main Street and Cavendish Drive around 10:11 p.m. on a reported hit-and-run involving a pedestrian.

Once on the scene, deputies found an intoxicated woman lying in the road, according to the sheriff’s office.

She was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

An investigation revealed that she was hit in the southbound curb lane by a possibly black vehicle.
