Drugs stolen after man writes he’s ‘armed and dangerous’ on note

Police are still searching for a man who allegedly robbed a Middletown CVS last week

A man walked into a CVS in the 800 block of Breiel Boulevard on Thursday night and handed the pharmacist a note that said he was “armed and dangerous,” according to a police report.

The note said: “This is a robbery. I am armed and dangerous. Do not alarm cops. The drugs belong to the government. Your life belongs to you,” according to a police report.

The note then instructed the pharmacist to fill two bags with various opioids and a narcotic cough suppressant.

Surveillance video shows a black man wearing a hoodie with a light shirt underneath, jeans and red tennis shoes.

The suspect allegedly dropped one of the bags as he left the store. A canine officer was called to the scene, but the suspect wasn’t located, police said.

If you can help police identify this man, call 513-425-7700.
