Enon police seek to ID drive-thru cigarette burglars

Police are asking for the public's help in indentifying two green-clad burglars who broke in the Enon Drive-Thru and stole cigarettes.

On Dec. 26, Enon officers found the front door smashed by a large piece of concrete at 358 Enon Road, according to a release from Enon police.

The burglars took a "large quantity of cigarettes" and fled the scene, possibly in a 90s model Ford conversion van with a ladder rack on the right rear door, according to the release.

The van appears to be light in color with dark stripes, chrome running boards, a luggage rack on top and possibly missing the right-front hubcap.

Surveillance video images released to the media show the burglars appear to be males, one about 6-feet, 200 pounds, and the other 5-feet-8 to 5-feet-10, 180 to 190 pounds.

Both appear to be wearing light-green zip-up hoodies and light-colored gloves.

To provide a tip, call Enon police at (937) 864-5577 or Crime Stoppers at (937) 222-7867.
