James A. Clevenger, 18, of Franklin, and the 17-year-old boys, are all charged with arson and vandalism, according to court records.
Clevenger was arraigned Monday via a video link with the Warren County Jail and released pending a hearing set for Dec 10 in Warren County Court. He is facing two felonies and one misdemeanor.

The boys were released on house arrest from juvenile detention after hearings with Magistrate Carolyn Duvelius in Warren County Juvenile Court. They face juvenile charges.
The three suspects were arrested Sunday morning after setting off a firework described as a “mortar round” by Springboro residents who reported the explosion.
They allegedly “destroyed a portable bathroom … by blowing it up with an explosive (firework),” according to charging documents filed in juvenile court.

Police at the scene said that around 11:05 p.m. Saturday, residents heard a loud boom. When officers responded, they found that the toilet had exploded.
Lawyers were appointed in all three cases.
During a hearing Monday in Warren County Court, lawyer Tyrone Borger indicated he had known Clevenger, a high-school senior, since they were in kindergarten.
Clevenger was released on his own recognizance by Judge Gary Loxley, according to online docket entries.
Clevenger is scheduled to return to the county court in Lebanon on Dec. 10.
The boys are scheduled to return to the juvenile court in Lebanon on Jan. 17.
Springboro police released a run sheet from the incident, but declined to release the report, indicating the case is still under investigation.
