Guard threatened in scuffle at Chipotle

Two brothers were arrested following an altercation with a Chipotle security guard on Brown Street Friday.

Darryl Hoskins, 21, was accused of arguing with a Chipotle worker about how much corn was put on his burrito bowl, when the security guard intervened in the argument, according to a Dayton police report.

Darryl Hoskins brother, Stephan Hoskins, 22, threatened to shoot the officer, the report said.

A fight ensued after the guard did a pat-down search on Hoskins, according to the report.

Police responded and found Hoskins to be wanted on several traffic warrants and had 24 bags of marijuana and $166 in cash, police said.

Stephan Hoskins was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on pending aggravated menacing charges, due to the threats made against the security guard.
