Ex-Huber Heights fugitive sentenced to prison

Nikki Dyson was sentenced to 18 months in prison on the theft charge.

This sentencing for Nikki Dyson has been delayed until Sept. 8.

The woman who was in the vehicle that Joshua Kiser was in when Huber Heights Police shot at the stolen vehicle is scheduled for sentencing this morning.

Nikki Dyson, 24, of Harrison Twp., pleaded guilty as charged to receiving stolen property on Aug. 18, according to prosecutors.

Prosecutors have requested that Dyson be sentenced to five years in prison based on her previous criminal activity involving petty theft.
