Huber Heights police will meet with Montgomery County prosecutors this week to seek charges against a Cincinnati man charged in Fairborn for shooting at people from his pick-up truck.

Greene County prosecutors charged Randall Sizemore, 46, last week in the shooting.

Sizemore reportedly thought people were trying to kill him and admitted to using methamphetamine before randomly shooting at a car on Interstate 70 and then later shooting at a car in Fairborn, according to Green County court documents.

The 25-year-old driver Sizemore shot at on Interstate 70 crashed his car into the median. He had a small wound from where a bullet grazed his leg.

Huber Heights Sgt. David Garlow said investigators interviewed Skidmore last week and completed most of the investigation then. The department is still waiting on testing to be done on evidence from the crime scene.
