RN indicted for drug thefts from Miami Valley Hospital

A Registered Nurse is accused of stealing drugs from Miami Valley Hospital.

Joshua Thomas Lyle, 44, was indicted Thursday on 16 drug-related charges, including 10 counts of theft of drugs; three counts of illegal processing of drug documents; two counts of possession of dangerous drugs; and one count of tampering with drugs.

The incidents happened between Jan. 1 and May 31, according to the indictment.

Lyle is not in custody and was issued a summons to appear Dec. 3 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

His license is inactive after it expired Oct. 31, according to the Ohio Board of Nursing.
