Jefferson Twp. man indicted in assault of 23-month-old in Centerville

A 27-year-old Jefferson Twp. man is wanted on allegations he caused serious harm to a 23-month-old child this spring.

A warrant was issued Wednesday for the arrest of William Clifton McKinney Lindsey, who was indicted Wednesday on charges of felonious assault, two counts of endangering children and tampering with evidence, all felonies, a Montgomery County grand jury report shows.

The incident happened April 26 in Centerville, according to the indictment.

Lindsey is scheduled to be arraigned July 6 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
