Judge William Wolff, retired from Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, has been appointed to replace the local judge, Mark Bogan. Mark Webb, a Springboro-based lawyer who specializes in criminal defense and family law, was appointed as the prosecutor.
Charles M. Rittgers, a veteran lawyer, is representing Fry.
