He said he ordered one drink and tipped the bartender $100 for the charger, according to the police report. The responding officers noted Hartley was intoxicated.
Hartley told police several times he was an attorney and named several judges in Greene County, and that the situation was embarrassing.
His bond was set at $5,000, and he refused to sign a summons.
