Steven Ray Thomas Schroyer is charged with breaking and entering and possession of criminal tools stemming from incidents between March 17 and 19 at Bright One Dental, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report released Thursday.
Schroyer is due in court Dec. 20 for arraignment.
He and another man were arrested in April after they were found hiding in the ceiling of the business when police responded to the alarm call.
Schroyer was indicted May 9 for safecracking, two counts of breaking and entering and a misdemeanor count of obstructing official business in connection to the April 8 alarm call at the Simon DeChatlet Dental Laboratories, 1037 Byers Road in Miamisburg.

Schroyer pleaded guilty and in August was sentenced to five years of community control. However, court records show that his whereabouts are unknown. He is considered an absconder and a warrant for his arrest was issued Nov. 20 through the court.
