Just before 6 a.m. Tuesday, the victim pulled up to a house in the first block of South Irwin Street. While sitting in the car, he saw Womble pull up in an SUV, according to court documents.

One round went through the driver side door and hit the victim in the buttocks.

Shortly after, a woman called 911 saying her son called and told her he had been shot and was pulling into the Smithville Market, according to dispatch records.
