George B. Long was indicted Friday for receiving stolen property and two counts of tampering with a vehicle identification number, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
Kettering police began an investigation after they were called April 11 to a house in the 2300 block of Fields Drive on a zoning complaint. Police said they found unsafe conditions and other possible criminal activity.
Long was arrested at the time on suspicion of child endangering and on drug charges but is no longer in custody.
He is scheduled to be arraigned Sept. 5 in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
