Man last seen in Dayton wanted by troopers on drug, trafficking charges

Troopers are asking for help finding a man who was last seen in the Dayton area and is wanted on felony charges.

Manuel Vann, 33, is about 5’6 and 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

He is wanted on weapons, drug and trafficking charges.
