He received credit for 428 days of jail time served.
In April 2019, Easterday shot Sgt. Bill Titley in the arm after police responded to Easterday’s home following a report of shots fired.
As officers approached, Easterday fired a shot from inside that struck Titley, said Sgt. Mark Stannard.
The shooting prompted a nearly seven-hour standoff.
Around 2:30 a.m., police fired tear gas into the home and went inside around 5 a.m. and took Easterday into custody.
Titley was treated at a local hospital and released, and there were no other injuries reported.

Easterday initially was indicted on attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder and felonious assault charges.
In February, he pleaded guilty to attempted murder and the attempted aggravated murder and felonious assault charges were dropped as a result.
