David Charles Clark, 32, is held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail.

An attempted traffic stop led to the March 30, 2018, standoff at the house in the 11800 block of Wolf Creek Poke that lasted for more than eight hours before Clark came out.

He was involved in a second standoff on April 25, 2018, at the same house.

It was for the second standoff that Clark was convicted of felony inducing panic and barred from possessing a firearm. He was sentenced to five years of community control, but now that is in jeopardy and he could face prison time.

Clark’s probation officer reported to the court this summer that his whereabouts were unknown since Aug. 15.

Later that month, on Aug. 26, Clark is accused of having weapons under disability for his felony conviction, and for aggravated possession of drugs, both felony charges, according to his Nov. 27 indictment by a Montgomery County grand jury.

Clark has been jailed since September, awaiting his Tuesday hearings in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.
