Man wanted in 2018 suspected OVI crash arrested in Kettering

A man who was wanted for a 2018 suspected OVI crash that sent a woman to the hospital with serious injuries is in the Montgomery County Jail after his arrest Tuesday, according to jail records.

Sean Anthony Hutton Sr. , 43, was arrested at around 11:50 a.m. at the Kettering Medical Center. He faces charges of aggravated vehicular assault and two counts of driving while intoxicated.

Hutton was indicted in November 2019 on the October 2018 crash.

According to court documents and a Moraine Police Department crash report obtained in November 2019, Hutton is accused of driving a vehicle that crashed into a utility pole on state Route 741 in Moraine on Oct. 9, 2018.

The crash sent Stephanie Watkins, 42, who was a passenger in the vehicle, to Kettering Medical Center with serious injuries.

According to Montgomery County Jail records, Hutton is due back in court on Thursday.
