News Center 7's Jenna Lawson listened to the Clark County 911 calls, during which the man repeatedly curses at 911 dispatchers and never answers questions about whether there's a problem or that he needs help.
This is an all-too-common scenario for emergency responders, taking resources away from people who actually need it.
“What do you need, sir?” a dispatcher said to him..
“I need you to come take me to jail so I can beat y’all little lame (expletive),” he said.

“OK, well tell me where you’re at and we’ll come pick you up,” the dispatcher said.
“Shut the (expletive) up,” he said.
That’s how 26-year-old Yountz S. Fambro wound up in a Clark County courtroom on Wednesday morning, facing a felony charge of disrupting a public service.
When Clark County Sheriff’s deputies found Fambro around 7:30 a.m. at Styer at McAdams drives in Bethel Twp. and spoke to him. They said there did not appear to be any issues, and that Fambro told them he dialed 911 because someone was turning off his headphones, according to a court affidavit.
Deputies said within 5 minutes of warning Fambro not to call 911 if there was not an emergency and that he would be charged for calling 911 for no reason, dispatchers reported that Fambro called again and “was barking like a dog.”
Earlier this week, a Washington Twp. woman called 911 in Montgomery County dozens of times, most recently to complain about her neighbors and then about the deputies.

The woman, 36-year-old Rachel Weimer, is now facing a half-dozen charges.

About 40 miles away in Clark County Municipal Court in Springfield, Fambro pleaded not guilty and was released from jail on his own recognizance.
