Foxx’s body was found on Christmas night on a stretch of Montgomery Avenue in Franklin Twp., about an hour after residents living along the road in Carlisle reported hearing gunshots.

Wilson is expected to claim his judgment was clouded by methamphetamine use when he shot Foxx, according to authorities.

Wilson remains in the Warren County Jail, held without bond, pending his arraignment Wednesday in Warren County Common Pleas Court.

Moore was charged in an indictment released Monday. She remains free, pending her arraignment on Feb. 17.
