Wood, Smith and Cboins are accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl on April 6 at the Mason Inn.

The victim and her boyfriend had visited the hotel room, according to the investigation, and then the boyfriend left and the girl remained behind.

The girl “became highly intoxicated and passed out,” and Wood, Smith and Cboins then raped her, Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said Monday.

Wood and Smith are accused of recording and publishing parts of the assault on Snapchat.

The victim is unconscious in the videos, according to Fornshell.

Cboins, Wood and Smith were free on Monday, pending arraignment on Dec. 6 in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
