During Dlaquan Millerton-Hart’s arraignment Tuesday, a Montgomery County Common Pleas judge set his bond at $500,000, according to court records.
A plea of not guilty was entered by the court on Millerton-Hart’s behalf.
A status hearing was scheduled for July 18 and a scheduling hearing for July 15.

A 24-year-old Miami Twp. man charged with attempted murder for an April shooting is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday morning.

Dlaquan Millerton-Hart, who has been held on a $750,000 bond in the Montgomery County Jail since his arrest on June 17, will appear in the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court for his arraignment.
Miamisburg police were called to a shooting the night of April 21 at the Valley Glen Apartments at 1001 E. Linden Ave. after a man was shot in the leg.
Millerton-Hart was indicted Thursday on charges of attempted murder, two counts of felonious assault, each with three-year firearm specifications, and having weapons under disability for a prior violent offense, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
