Driver flees crash on foot after hitting tree in Dayton

Police are investigating a report of a hit and run crash near the intersection of James H. McGee Boulevard and Rosedale Drive in Dayton.

According to dispatch records, a car crashed into a tree, and then the occupants took off on foot.
