Person of interest in Dayton shooting also connected to Moraine shooting

Police in Dayton and Moraine are asking for help in locating Shaquille Shackleford connected to a shooting of a woman in Moraine on May 8, and then of the shooting of a man multiple times in Dayton on May 11.

Moraine police said they were looking for Shackleford in connection to the shooting at the Dryden Road Red Roof Inn on Friday, May 8, where a woman was reportedly carjacked and shot.

Dayton police already announced that they were seeking Shackleford in connection to a shooting on Monday, May 11, where a man was shot multiple times on Darst Avenue.

However, on Monday Dayton police also announced on its Facebook page that Moraine police was searching for him.

Shackleford is 5 foot seven inches tall and 145 pounds, and is considered armed and dangerous.
