“This is in reference to a felonious assault, domestic violence incident that happened last night,” Dayton police Maj. Christopher Malson said.
Firearms were used in the incident inside the home, and police needed to retrieve them. Also, because the suspect is not in custody there was a risk he was home, the major said.
Police did not name the suspect. However, Zachary Lee Price, 39, is facing felony abduction, domestic violence and weapons charges filed Thursday in Dayton Municipal Court for an incident that happened Wednesday at the same address, online court records show.
