Man caught inside Dayton tow yard indicted on drug, trespassing charges

A 42-year-old Dayton man arrested in October after he was caught inside a tow yard faces drug and trespassing charges.

Dwayne Thomas Kinder is due in court Dec. 12 for his arraignment in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court following his indictment Wednesday by a county grand jury.

Dayton police arrested Kinder Oct. 15 after officers responded to a “reported breaking and entering in progress.” They found him inside a tow yard at 433 Wesley St. in Dayton, police and court documents state.

Kinder is alleged to have had methamphetamine in his possession at the time of his arrest.

He is not in jail.

A 42-year-old Dayton man was arrested early Wednesday after he was caught inside a tow yard.

Dayton police responded just before midnight to 433 Wesley St. “on a reported breaking and entering in progress,” according to a police report.

Dwayne Thomas Kinder was arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Jail on suspicion of breaking and entering and drug possession, both felony charges.

He is scheduled to appear Thursday in Dayton Municipal Court.
