A neighbor called police around 9 p.m. to report that a man in the first block of Springfield Street barricaded himself inside his bathroom because there was a man with a gun in the house who wouldn’t let him leave, according to the Montgomery County Regional Dispatch Center.
It is not clear whether the man inside has a gun.
