A male and female were fighting when another male joined, picked the female up and threw her on the ground, according to police.
The female victim is currently in the ICU with severe head and neck injuries, police said.
The two males, accompanied by two females, left the mall parking lot in a dark blue Pontiac G6 with an Ohio temporary tag with no numbers or letters on it.

The police are looking to identify the two individuals in the image as the possible suspects in the attack.
