>> Police: Man stabbed, run over in Dayton
He is being held in the Greene County Jail.
The juvenile was booked into the Greene County Juvenile Jail on charges of aggravated robbery and failure to comply with police orders.
According to Beavercreek police records, officers were originally called to the CVS at 1331 North Fairfield Road on a report of a robbery.
On arrival police spoke to the workers in the store, and were told that two males had come inside the store wearing sweatshirts and face masks, and that one had pulled out a handgun. That male held the cashier at gunpoint as the other tied the cashier’s hands and feet with zip ties before the two made their way to the pharmacy in the back of the store, records said.

There, according to police records, the two males pulled out handguns and pointed them at the pharmacist and a pharmacy tech, having them fill trash bags with bottles of hydrocodone, oxycodone and promethazine with codeine before forcing the pharmacist to lock the front door and then fleeing out of the drive-thru window.
A Beavercreek officer initially saw the vehicle and chased it for a short way before calling off the chase. However, police were able to track the suspect vehicle due to a GPS tracking device put in the bag with the drugs, and soon Dayton police reported they were in pursuit of the vehicle on northbound Interstate 75, according to records.
In scanner traffic, we heard the pursuit ended on Interstate 75 near the Little York Road bridge over the highway, where the suspect vehicle crashed into the wall. Police records confirmed this was the general area where the crash occurred, and also confirmed that the two males fled toward Miller Lane.
