Slaughter, address at large, was convicted of rape in January 2013 as a juvenile. He is accused of not registering his address between March 3 and June 14, according to the indictment. He has been held without bond in the Montgomery County Jail since his June 14 arrest.
Stokes, of Dayton, was convicted of rape in October 1980. He is accused of not registering his address between March 29 and June 7, court records show. He is labeled a habitual sex offender and since his June 7 arrest has been held in jail without bond.
Kelvin D. Johnson, 37, of Dayton was convicted of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in April 2002. He was issued a summons to appear for arraignment July 6, according to court documents. Johnson, who is labeled a sexually oriented offender, is accused of not registering his address between Aug. 8, 2016, and Jan. 12. Johnson also had an October 2013 conviction for failure to verify, according to the indictment.
