Springfield shooting victim not cooperating, police say

A gunshot victim dropped off early Thursday at Springfield Regional Medical Center was not cooperative with investigators, Springfield police said.

Hospital staff reported the arrival of the shooting victim by private vehicle to police around 12:40 a.m. The victim reportedly suffered a gunshot wound to the upper leg, but it was not life-threatening, police said.
