The other four then-juveniles and the lone 18-year-old, Caleb Johnson, are facing prosecution in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court.

One of the juveniles who appeared Tuesday in front of Montgomery County Juvenile Court Judge Judge Anthony Capizzi, Skyver Palmer, 16, was bound over to adult court, officials said.
The Tuesday hearing concluded the juvenile court portion of the case.
A look at where each of the remaining defendants’ cases stand:
• Johnson, 18, has been charged with five counts of kidnapping, two counts of aggravated robbery and two counts of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle. Johnson hasn’t had a trial date set yet and has been free on a $50,000 bond with electronic monitoring.

Johnson was denied in his efforts to modify his electronic monitoring to attend an Independence Day party, but was able to attend a church event and his Springfield High School graduation ceremonies, according to court records.
• Danell Robinson, 16, faces two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of kidnapping. Robinson had a $500,000 surety bond set Thursday during his arraignment.
No trial date has been set in Robinson’s case.

• Taveon Felton, 17, was indicted on two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of kidnapping and one count of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Felton pleaded not guilty in June and has not had a trial date set. A scheduling conference has been set or Aug. 15, according to court records.
• Damion Raglin Jr., now 18, faces two counts of aggravated robbery and one count apiece of kidnapping, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.

Raglin pleaded not guilty and had a blanket bond set at $250,000, which also includes a separate case with two counts for breaking and entering into a Centerville Cricket Wireless store in November 2017. Raglin is scheduled to appear again on Aug. 8, according to court records.
• Information on Palmer’s case is not yet available.

“They told me to hit the floor or they were going to blow my head off,” said a Tipp City man who didn’t want his identify revealed. “They threatened to kill us all. All of them had weapons.”
