By way of video from the jail to the courtroom, Judge Nasal set McGill’s cash bond at $50,000.
Thursday, McGill was arraigned on charges of resisting arrest and assault. His cash bond was set at $30,000.
He then told the Magistrate he was going to “kill him” when he gets out of jail, according to court documents.
He later told a Miami County Deputy who took the report that “Yes, I meant it.”
McGill claimed he was upset in court on Thursday because he “was charged with something he didn’t do.”
