Urn with man’s ashes reported as stolen in Dayton

Officers were dispatched to Bond Street around 2:25 a.m. Sunday on a criminal damaging/entering and theft call.

An urn with a woman’s father’s remains and a backpack with a wallet inside were stolen from a camper, according to the report.

No arrests were made. It is not clear if there are any suspects in the case.
