McLean had a plea of not guilty entered by the court on his behalf.

Sheriff’s deputies arrested the tattooed man suspected in the shooting at the Marathon station in Harrison Twp. last month.
Shawn McLean was arrested in the area of Dixie Drive and Needmore Road in Harrison Twp. this morning, according to officials.
Deputies said a News Center 7 viewer recognized McLean from Miami Valley’s Most Wanted and led investigators to him.
McLean had a warrant out for his arrest for felonious assault and having weapons under disability in connection to the shooting, according to court records.
McLean was considered armed and dangerous as he’d recently been released from prison for another violent crime.
UPDATE @ 1:30 p.m. (April 27):
The victim of the shooting in Harrison Township this morning is listed in serious condition, according to a Facebook post by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office.
Two individuals were allegedly involved in a verbal argument around 12:17 a.m. at the Marathon station in the 400 block of Riverside Drive.
Investigators believe those two people fired handguns at each other and the victim was struck with the gunfire by accident, the post read.
Officials say the two people who fired weapons at each other fled on foot in opposite directions.
Investigators are working to locate a witness who left before police arrival. The witness is believed to have been in a an older white Buick LeSabre.
Anyone with information on the shooting is asked to contact the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office at 937-225-4357.

Witnesses said shots were exchanged between two men outside a Harrison Township gas station Wednesday morning.
Surveillance video from the Marathon station shows a man who was dropped off, approach a white vehicle parked at a gas pump. Shots were exchanged between someone inside the car and the man that approached the vehicle.
The passenger inside the vehicle was shot multiple times, and was taken to Miami Valley Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, according to deputies.
The video also shows the man who approached the vehicle ran away from the scene.

Deputies said a man was shot multiple times at the Marathon gas station on Riverside Drive in Harrison Township Wednesday morning, but his injuries are believed to be non-life threatening.
The man was transported to Miami Valley Hospital for treatment.
No other information about the incident was immediately available.

Deputies in Harrison Township are on the scene of a reported shooting on Riverside Drive Wednesday morning.
Emergency units were dispatched to the 4300 block of Riverside Drive on a reported shooting around 12:20 a.m.
Deputies reported that the victim was found inside a car and was suffering from several gunshot wounds, according to initial reports.
