Vigil planned tonight for drowned infant Bella

Friends and family of 9-month-old girl Bella Shi, who died Monday after an accidental drowning, will gather for a vigil tonight.

The infant was pulled by a rescue crew from a retention pond Monday on Windy Harbor Way in West Chester Twp.

She was pronounced dead less than two hours later at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.

Police on Tuesday said the incident was accidental.

The gathering to remember Bella is scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Life Changers Church, 7474 Morris Road in Fairfield.
