Maurice Carden, 27, is still not in custody.
Dayton police said in a Nov. 18 release that Carden had several warrants and was accused of seeking out and beating his ex-girlfriend.
Carden was believed to be in Springfield but recently was spotted in the Dayton area, according to police.
He was indicted Monday for four counts of aggravated burglary; disrupting public services; intimidation of victim; having weapons under disability for a prior offense of violence; and misdemeanor domestic violence, according to a Montgomery County grand jury report.
