Warren County authorities turned to the public for help in finding an inmate wanted after allegedly failing to return from a court-ordered work release on Friday.

Christopher Fraley, 31, of Trenton, allegedly failed to return to the county jail on April 6 at 7 p.m.

According to court records, Fraley was convicted in March on two counts of receiving stolen property in Warren County Common Pleas Court.

Judge Robert Peeler sentenced Fraley to three years on probation and 180 days in jail with work release.

In a March 12 letter, he asked the judge to review his sentence, claiming he had already been in jail for 111 days and seeking work release.

On March 26, Fraley’s motion for review of his sentence was denied, court records show.

Now he is wanted for probation violation in the common pleas court and escape in Lebanon Municipal Court, according to a press release issued by the sheriff’s office.

The sheriff’s office is asking anyone with information of his whereabouts to call 513-925-2525.
