Edwards was given credit for 214 days in jail, according to a plea bargain.

Edwards was one of three people indicted on felony kidnapping and felonious assault charges after the incident in October 2019. The other charges were dropped in the plea bargain.
A 22-year-old victim was found at Dayton Children’s Hospital after he escaped the home on Lytle Five Points Road, ran across the road to a Clearcreek Twp. fire station and stole an ambulance to flee.
He was held by the three in a locked dog cage in the basement and “tortured” from Oct. 16 through Oct. 19 at 331 East Lytle Five Points Road, according to court and police records.
The man was lured to East Lytle Five Points Road thinking he was helping an ex-girlfriend, Lindsey Parker, who said she was being abused, according to Clearcreek Twp. Sgt. Wallace Stacy.
“And he believed he was on a rescue mission,” he said.
The victim’s injuries included cuts, burns and bruises, according to police.
The Clearcreek ambulance was stolen on Oct. 19, 2019 around 12:30 p.m. while crews were responding to a vehicle fire. The ambulance was recovered a half-hour later at Dayton Children’s Hospital.
Police said Edwards was subletting the residence, Stacy said, and court records said the lease-holder “made no effort to cease the assaults,” according to court documents.
The couple at the home, Lindsey A. and Bryan P. Parker, were each sentenced to 6 to 9 years in prison for felonious assault for their parts in the crime.
