Louis is accused of using a corporate credit card from Luxottica, an Italian eyewear company, to buy property and services from July 22, 2014, to Nov. 15, 2014.
Louis was a manager of the corporate credit card program for Luxottica, owner of LensCrafters stores, according to Detective Jeff Wyss of the Mason Police Department.
The headquarters of Luxottica’s retail division is in Mason.
Louis had a card she had been directed to cancel reissued, with the bills sent to her home in Forest Park, Wyss said.
Louis used the credit card to purchase clothing, jewelry, vacations and items for her house, such as furniture and appliances, Wyss said.
After about four months, another Luxottica employee questioned some of the charges, which led to Louis.
“She was terminated shortly thereafter,” Wyss said Monday.
Louis was charged in November in Mason Municipal Court. The case was bound over to the grand jury in Lebanon in December.
Louis is free on her own recognizance. She is scheduled for arraignment on March 20 in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
