Police did not say why they initially stopped the driver, but said she proceeded down the roadway, then stopped for a red light, where officers then placed her under arrest.
The incident was initially reported through scanner traffic as an injury accident involving police. However, a Miami Twp. police sergeant said no one was hurt in the incident.
