Woman found guilty in husband’s shooting death

A woman was found guilty on charges connected to the shooting death of her estranged husband.

Police said Jamie Grachek, 33, drove two men to her husband’s Riverside home to rob him on Easter Sunday last year.

John Grachek, 45, was shot outside on Rosegarden Court and died at the hospital.

Jamie Grachek pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter and complicity to commit aggravated burglary and aggravated robbery, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office. The charges have a mandatory three-year firearm specification.

She will be sentenced on Dec. 10 to 21 years in prison, according to the prosecutor’s office.

Gary Glenn Webb Jr., 29, and Jacob Gipson, 24, have also been found guilty on multiple charges, including murder. Webb was sentenced to 18 years to life in prison and Gipson is awaiting sentencing, according to the prosecutor’s office.
