When firefighters arrived at the scene, they found a fire in an apartment in the rear of the complex. It appears the fire started in a bedroom.
One adult and three children were displaced. The American Red Cross was called to the scene to help the family with clothes and shelter.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
