In photos posted to Facebook, the fence originally was composed of pieces of bike frames welded together and topped with bike wheels.

The Life Enrichment Center operates its own Bike Shoppe, with a special program for people to earn a bike, according to the center’s website.
However, photos posted on Monday show large gaps in the fence, with large sections removed.
It is unknown whether the missing sections were taken by the vandals or cleaned up later.
The center said the fence was originally made by welders from the Good Shepherd Ministries, another Dayton nonprofit organization.
