The new hangar will be able to hold more aircraft and will be about 3,000 square feet larger than the building demolished in recent weeks to make way for it, said Dayton Aviation Deputy Director Gil Turner.
Construction of the new facility at the airport on Ohio 741 is projected to start in August and be done in October, Turner said.
