Students are eligible for a partial refund if they attended the school anytime between Jan. 1, 2008 and Oct. 1, 2015; if they paid at lease $5,000 in cash, loans or military aid; if they did not receive debt or loan forgiveness as part of the FTC settlement and if they completed at lease one class credit, according to the FTC.
Students do not need to do anything to receive the refund as the FTC is using DeVry records to identify eligible students.

DeVry operates four locations in Ohio, including ones in Dayton, Columbus , Cincinnati and in Seven Hills, Ohio, near Cleveland, according to DeVry’s website. The Dayton-area office is located at 3610 Pentagon Blvd. in Beavercreek
