Don Pablo’s is a tex-mex restaurant chain that offers menu items like enchiladas, tacos, fajitas and margaritas. According to its company website, the chain only has two locations in Ohio — one in Cincinnati and another in Maumee.
The Beavercreek location is not listed on the website. In August, the restaurant closed its location in Newport, Ky., on the riverfront.
According to county records, the restaurant was cited for three violations during a routine public health inspection in late April. The records indicate inspectors found damaged equipment in the kitchen and many burned out lights in the preparation and grill areas.
The floors were also found to be in poor condition, with missing floor tiles in the kitchen area.
