A 17-year-old Dayton girl is facing four counts of murder and other charges in the May shooting death of Elroy Facey, 41.

The death happened in early May at Summit Square apartments off Hoover Avenue.

Elexus Dawkins, 17, is facing four counts murder; two counts aggravated robbery; and two counts felonious assault, all with three-year firearm specifications, according to a grand jury indictment.

Also previously indicted in the case was Michael J. Wood Jr. on four counts murder; two counts aggravated robbery; two counts felonious assault; and two counts pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor.

The pandering sexually-oriented material charges relate to 17-year-old Elexus Dawkins being accused of performing a sex act on Elroy Facey in a vehicle at the time he was shot.
